Moveo Ergo Video: Natural Retinal Image Motion and its Effect on Visionr influencing visual acuity. This review is followed by a summary of recent work in which it has been shown that oculomotor compensatory actions leave appreciable retinal image motion that, unexpectedly, has only minor detrimental effects on the capacity to resolve fine details in the visual scene.
