Living with Anxiety and Severe Depression,This chapter describes my own experience growing up with anxiety, compulsory obsessive disorder, severe depression, and obsessive personality disorder. This has led me towards research aimed at helping those with low health literacy to self-manage their own conditions of anxiety and major depression through the development of an infographic.
