https://doi.org/10.1007/978-1-349-20590-5track, probability of photon emission from regions with high electron-hole concentration and probability that photons are emitted in the shaping time interval from regions with low concentration. The paper shows how fluctuations of the measured response is connected with the fluctuations in the track.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-030-96741-3The effect of the co-precipitated materials on the microstructural homogenity and elements redistribution in GGAG:Ce single crystals were investigated. The samples homogenity was confirmed with EDS analysis including both mapping and linear scanning. Both methods demonstrate the lack of elements segregation in samples.
