Alternatives Selection Processce the Critical Components have been selected, students are instructed how to perform a qualitative Alternatives Analysis on those components. Three possible Alternative Analysis tools are presented, the Decision Tree, Radar Chart, and Pugh Chart. Emphasis is placed on a systematic approach for the final alternatives selections.
