The EACEM Commitment for Tvs and VCRsThe importance of the issue is the following. Because of the many hours of standby per day this function consumes a considerable percentage of the total consumption. For an average TV it can be up to 30 % and for an average VCR it can be up to 90 % of the total consumption.
