Problemstellung und Zielsetzung,ardware metrics analysis of ISO?26262 with SystemC-based virtual prototyping. To show the applicability of our methodology, we modeled the LPDDR4 memory system of a current state-of-the-art ADAS system and estimated the ASIL level of this system.
