The Effects of IHRM on Employee Outcomes,eral introduction of cellulose and its main derivatives used in biomedical applications, examples of nanocellulose for mechanical reinforcement and corresponding applications are discussed. Likewise, this review suggests cellulose as a new class of biomaterial that might offer great promise in biomedicine.
