描述.This book provides undergraduate physics majors and students of related sciences with a sound understanding of basic electronics and how it is used in the physical sciences. The emphasis here is to learn techniques of simple analysis for circuits that contain diodes and to look at some simple and useful diode circuits. For a more detailed description of semiconductor diodes and how they work, or if more precise circuit analysis is desired, the reader should refer to a more advanced text.
