Epitaxial Growth of Thin-Film Bi,Sr,CaCu,O, on LaAlO,(001), NdGaO,(001) and MgO(001)GaO.(001) substrates, although approximately 50% and 65%, respectively, of the film is randomly oriented in the .-plane. For a small fraction of the films deposited on MgO preferential orientations in the .-plane with rotational angles of 11.5° and 45° are observed.
