Buried K-Fullerides by Ion Implantationcussed. At elevated implant temperatures potassium accumulates underneath the a-C layer. This behaviour is explained in terms of the formation process of a K-fulleride. For comparison, results obtained on Ar. implanted fullerene films are presented.
