,Charge Ordering and?Phase Separation,We consider an instability of the checkerboard charged ordered state toward phase separation in the Verwey and Shubin–Vonsovsky models when we are away from the quarter filling (.). We find the polaronic radius in the extended model with AFM?interaction and Coulomb repulsion at the neighboring sites.
