Intermediate Excited States in Photoconductivity and Luminescence of PPV:, mechanism is used for studying photoconductivity and luminescence of poly (.-phenylene vinylene) (PPV) thin films. Evidences are obtained on the role played by polaron_pairs in processes of free charge carrier generation under photoexcitation and in electroluminescence, excited by recombination of injected charge carriers.
