Electric Stimulation of Osteogenesis: I. Experimental Study of Bone Healing in the Rabbit Tibia II.um tip connected to a Teflon-coated multistrand stainless steel wire served as anode, and the uncoated 3-mm end of such a wire served as cathode. The results were analyzed macroscopically, radiologically, and histologically.
