Reflections on a Careery. We keep the restaurant open four days a week. I help out there three days a week—I’m retired—and he only works one more day a week than I do. We’ve had the bar for about twenty-one years. I did this on weekends. I would leave my regular job whenever I got out of the office on Friday and go straight to the bar to work there Friday and Saturday.
