EU-Switzerland,ement studied in this chapter is the Institutional Framework Agreement (IFA) issue. The results show that the EU has developed a strong joined-up approach toward the Swiss Confederation regarding the IFA issue in both the foreign policy and sectoral cooperation dimensions.
