Bivariate Hue Blending – A Tool for Designing Bivariate Choropleth Color Schemes used for visualizing two correlated quantitative variables. It then describes an interactive prototype tool for designing color palettes to be used on this type of bivariate choropleth maps, based on rotating hue angles in the Hue Chroma Lightness color space.

Xue Ma,Zhiqing Li,Decao Xu,Lianghui Xieto delegate their DSRs, and across three hypothetical research scenarios, the most acceptable delegate is a researcher conducting studies. Our findings can guide researchers in developing platforms to improve citizen participation in digital democracy studies that employ DSRs as a data collection tool.
