A Pegasus computer programme for the improvement of the orbital parameters of an earth-satelliterection technique. In this procedure the observation times and angles are weighted according to a priori estimates of their accuracy. In addition to the estimates of the orbital parameters, estimates of their variances and covariances are also determined.
