Eigenvalue Assignment Problems in Vibration Using Measured Receptances: Passive Modification and Acn is achievable from system matrices, ., formed from finite elements. In this article procedures are described for pole placement by passive modification and active control using measured receptances. The theoretical basis of the method is described and experimental implementation is explained.

Entwicklungsstufen der Wasserkraftnutzung,ing to the best estimate of model mechanical parameters in the undamaged and damaged conditions. This provides information on the damage location and severity. The technique of damage identification based on model updating is applied to laboratory experimental tests on a steel arch.
