A,Rat leukemia cells were harvested from the peritoneal cavity, suspended in medium (BME, supplemented with 20% fetal calf serum, 0.03% glutamine and Hepes in a 0.01 . concentration), and immediately introduced into assembled culture chambers [Rose, 1954; Dvorak and Stotler, 1971].
