Tomohiro Kubo,Rinku Yadav,Adam S. Veigediversity theory that can be filled by DQ theory. There is a need for the DQ theory perspective because of its direct focus on leaders’ role in diversity initiatives. https://doi.org/10.1007/978-981-16-6807-4s chapter suggests the DQ paradigm to help resolve the diversity management issue by having leaders assess whether they need to change themselves, through knowledge, education and training, and behavior so that they are capable of changing diversity initiatives.
