Christian H. Siebert,Bruno C. Heinzool is based on the ideas of Ayatollah Javadi Amoli, Ayatollah Mohammad Momen and Ayatollah Mohammad Taqi Mesbah Yazdi, who believe political legitimacy derives from a divine source. Both schools have presented themselves in the framework of Jurisprudential Islam.
