Ken Hyland,Carmen Sancho Guindand compared with the traditional traffic flow characteristic parameter calibration method. The results show that the characteristic model of the traffic flow of the Ring Expressway based on the physical attributes reduces the dependence on the measured data and it can better describe the expressway traffic flow characteristics.

Sabine Lipski,Mira Christine Mühlenhoftate level (TSL) was proposed based on the Level of Service definition for urban arterials in the Highway Capacity Manual. Numerical results from analysis of one month FCD from May 2016, showed the capability of FCD and advantages and limitations of visualization based on TSL measure, which can be very efficient in data archiving, as well.
