Accelerating Digital Watermarking Algorithm Based on SOCg system IP core on SOC becomes the ideal choice for embedded real-time visual surveillance system for it can make use of existing manufacturing processes, and the hardware implementation of the system execution speed about 200 times higher than that of software.

Scrolling Subtitle Processing of Frame Rate Up-Conversion Based on Global Text Motion Estimatione. Finally, a fusion of subtitle and background method is proposed to obtain a correct intermediate frame. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can significantly reduce the broken artifact with low complexity.

View-Specific Based Error Concealment Scheme for Multi-view Plus Depth Videocedures, which are designed in accordance with view features, are used to conceal the corrupted blocks in different views. Experimental results on AVC-based Test Model (ATM) show the superiority of this concealment scheme to several other error concealment methods in PSNR along with acceptable execution time increase.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-642-50231-6thm is fully parallel at each step and can be implemented on GPU. The GPU implementation achieves up to 48 times speedup over its CPU implementation. Compared with the traditional FRUC algorithm based on 3-D Recursive Search, our algorithm has a good performance in handling the fine motion structure and occlusion problem.
