Educational Writings in Chicago Yearshelped a young Internet company to get started on. I will chronicle the steps we took to get a quick start on the process definition they so desperately needed, and how we were able to achieve usable improvements in a relatively short time. We will discuss the challenges we faced and the things we did that helped the project along.
