Investigation of Manual Material Tasks Performed by Workers in North Indian Manufacturing Industried that due to a lack of standards for optimum load for MMH tasks, workers were exposed to musculoskeletal disorders. Lower back, wrist, shoulder, neck, upper back were the most painful problem areas which were observed in the workers.
