Ventricular septal defect and coronary cusp prolapse: Experience at a European centerptal defect (VSD). All patients had undergone preoperative cardiac catheterization. Patients with tetralogy of Fallot, atrioventricular septal defect, and transposition or malposition of the great arteries were excluded.
