Synthesis of Novel Multinuclear Complexes for Light-Harvesting Systems Using the Coupling Reactions.-oxide and then linked with each other by the homo-coupling reaction or with a Ru(II) tris-diimine complex by the Mizoroki–Heck reaction. Because of the suitable photophysical properties of the Re(I)-ring units, the obtained new class of multinuclear complexes functioned as efficient light-harvesting systems.
