Scintillation Observations Of Strong Northern Pulsarst also affects the precision of pulse timingobservations. Using a pulsar timing system developed at the Urumqi Astronomical Observatory 25 mtelescope, we observed diffractive scintillation dynamic spectra for several strong northern pulsars.This paper introduces the observing system and discusses the observational results.
