We show that this method is system independent and has low overhead cost, and can be easily extended to situations where building the C/C++ interface for a FORTRAN 90/95 application library is required.

A New Dynamical Evolutionary Algorithm Based on Particle Transportation Theoryicipate in crossing and mutating. The results of numerical experiments show that this dynamical evolutionary algorithm obviously improves the computing performance of the traditional evolutionary algorithms in that its convergent speed is faster and it is more reliable.
