Effect of small amplitude Fluctuations,e diffusion coefficients due to the fluctuations are small compared to those due to the Boltzmann type collisions even for strong magnetic fields . with S. = o. (10.~ 10.). For reason of studying the influence of the correlation functions it is usefull to begin with that easiest case.
