Police Corruption,Institutional corruption, including police corruption, consist in actions which undermine institutional processes, purposes and persons (qua institutional actors). Moreover, corruptors and the corrupted could have done otherwise and are, therefore, typically (but not necessarily) morally responsible for their acts of corruption.
