Extending UML with Workflow Modeling Capabilitiess to deal with such environments, typically propriatory modeling languages are used. We try to remedy the use of seperate languages by proposing an extension of the UML to allow workflow modeling, thereby providing a seamless integration of workflow functionality in object-oriented application systems.
