Many Valued Logics Supporting Establishment of a New Research Structure in an Educational Organizatting research clusters. Both ways however require considerable amount of time and resources. Merging educational organizations are often in need to build their research structures at faculty level without using extra time and resources. This work presents an approach facilitating development of a research structure in educational organizations.

Distance Collaboration in Performing Arts - A Use Case and Lessons Learned,hieving low latency of audio and video signals sharing between participants is a critical factor. Over the past several years, we have developed a low-latency real-time system based on programmable hardware (FPGA) for audiovisual transmission. We discuss issues involved in arranging such a performance and lessons learned.
