Theoretical Considerations and Derivation of Hypotheses,As was discussed above, we are committed to exploring the narrowly defined issue of technology transfer by German firms to international joint ventures in China, focussing on strategic considerations with regard to the cooperative behaviour and knowledge sharing between partners.
