Optimal Tuning of Fractional-Order PID Controller for Electric Power-Assisted Steering (EPAS) Systechanism for Fractional-Order PID (FOPID) controller. The aim of this controller is to track the assisted current generated by the lookup table. The results show the performance and efficiency of using the PSO algorithm for FOPID tuning.
