Bounds for the Condition Number of Polynomials Systems with Integer Coefficients, coefficient bitsize of the input polynomials. Such bounds allows to estimate the bit complexity of the algorithms that depend on the separation bound, like the homotopy algorithms, for solving polynomial systems.

Finding First Integrals Using Normal Forms Modulo Differential Regular Chains,as been coded in the Maple computer algebra system and is illustrated on the pendulum and the Lotka-Volterra equations. Our algorithm amounts to finding linear dependences of rational fractions, which is solved by evaluation techniques.
