A Routing Strategy for GEO/LEO Satellite Network Based on Dynamic Delay Prediction and Link Controlts. Based on it, the proposed double-layer strategy can not only optimize the end-to-end delay but also achieve better traffic balance. Simulations on STK and OPNET verify that the proposed approach can greatly improve the performance of packet loss rate, end-to-end delay and throughput.
