Large-Scale Interconnected Systems,ental variable estimate is proposed and compared with the least squares approach. The strong consistency of the presented parameter estimate is proved. Also the optimal values of instrumental variables are established, and the method of their suboptimal generation is presented. The conclusions are verified in numerical experiments.
