Electrophysiology of Colour Visionsion spectrum of gas discharge lamps; they found the Purkinje shift in the total amount of current produced by the frog retina. Brossa and Kohlrausch in 1913, with the help of the string galvanometer were able to show a Purkinje shift also in the light-induced positive electroretinographical deflection (b-wave) of several animals.

Correlates Between Chromatic Electrophysiological Recordings and Chromatic Psychophysical Functions gree with the results obtained with the use of psychophysical techniques, at least as far as the interrelation between chromatic and achromatic components, influence of illumination, and different discrimination between hues and opponency, are concerned.

Retinal Distribution of Macular PigmentAbsorbance, at or close to the fovea for 460 nm, varied between 0.2 and 0.9 for 15 subjects. All distributions were exponential with their decadic angles ranging from 2° to 5° with the exception of five for which the peak was flattened within 1° of the fovea.

Analysis of Variance in Anomaloscope Matchesy for the Trendelenburg and Moreland equations are assessed. An analysis of the interaction of these three factors with wavelength predicts a set of paired primaries for which the population variances of log (AQ) are minima and guides the selection of a pair of tritanopic wavelengths for tritanomaloscopy.
