A Boy with Recurrent Erythema and Blisters,a, dermal thickening and edema with a typical leather or peau d’orange appearance. Treatment options include antihistamines, systemic and topical corticosteroids, mast cell stabilizers and psoralen with UVA. Here we reported a case of diffuse cutaneous mastocytosis with typical peau d’orange appearance, and review the literature of DCM briefly.
