An Elderly Male with Skin Sclerosis,ogressive cutaneous mucinosis usually associated with systemic disorders and complications. Histopathology usually reveals mucin deposition, fibroblast proliferation and fibrosis. Here we report a case of scleromyxedema with an atypical histological variant of interstitial granulomatous-like pattern, and review the previous literature briefly.
