Near-IR Spectroscopy and the Photospheres of Embedded YSOsnresolved .CO(2–0) bandhead, which when combined with inferred CO excitation temperatures and optical depths clearly points to a photospheric rather than a disk origin for the bands. They also show that embedded Class Its are not rapidly rotating.

Theoretical Modelling of SiO Maser LineshapesR regimes can produce peculiar lineshapes. When many maser ‘cells’ were considered, distributed at random in the stellar envelope, the individual lineshapes were combined to produce synthetic spectra. Maser action is predicted in higher rotational transitions than those observed to date, for example the J=7-6 transition of v=2.

Extended Structures around YSO in Mid-IR Broad Emission Featuresin these clouds which do not exhibit UIR features (Elias 29 and R CrA) shows these sources to be point-like. We have produced morphological models based on the mid-IR images for the observed extended structures.
