Christodemocracy Does Not Recognize Rights That Contradict the Will of the Author of Rights,All democratic theories construe rights as contrasts to state actions. The ultimate source of rights is uncertain, making denial of rights contingent on recognition by the community. In Christodemocracy, the source of rights is the Christian God. Therefore, no state action can recognize rights that permit citizens to disobey the source of rights.
