Clinical Approach to the Evaluation of Pelvic Floor Dysfunctions,cific history, voiding diary, focused physical exam and simple office tests provide sufficient data to diagnose most complaints. This approach frequently can be carried out without additional studies. In other cases, further investigations are needed to complete the work-up appropriately.
