The insights from the remote co-creation sessions will enable us to design better chatbot dialogues, with human-like characteristics, that communicate with appropriate content and tone of voice.

Additionally, users tend to interpret the use of chatbots as situational, helping mainly newcomers and inexperienced contributors.

Data Components and the DataSet this specific demographic group, but they need to be designed carefully to function. Based on a qualitative evaluation, we outline specific design recommendations we gathered based on the literature and the featured interviews.
