Planning Change,ughts and highlights the stakeholders and activities required to achieve a set of desired goals. Good planning shines a light on what might otherwise remain hidden. Planning aids in the refinement of objectives and the identification of integration points with other efforts underway in the organization.

Understanding the Current State,it for continuing the behavior. But there is always some kind of pain, discomfort, or inconvenience involved with making a change. Sometimes we call the reluctance to change inertia, or in the case of companies, charities, and governments we call it organizational inertia.

,Change Doesn’t Happen in Isolation,d change. Human beings naturally seek certainty and simplicity. When we see something as simple, it feels more achievable. As a result, those tasked with realizing a particular change naturally fall into the trap of oversimplifying their task and introducing blind spots and pitfalls as a result.
