Characterization of Ultra-Hard Ceramic AlMgB14-based Materials Obtained by Self-propagating High-Tem spark plasma sintering. The phase composition of the raw powder mixture, the obtained SHS product, and the sintered sample was determined. The main phase in the obtained SHS product and the sintered sample is TiB.. The structure of the sample is not uniform. Large TiB. agglomerates were found. The hardness of the obtained sample is 26.1 GPa.
