A*-Based Similarity Assessment of Semantic Graphsocus on a similarity measure for semantically labeled graphs whose labels are composed in an object-oriented manner. The measure is based on A* search and is particularly suited for case-based reasoning as it can be combined with knowledge-intensive local similarity measures and outputs similarities

Classifying Breast Cancer Tissue Through DNA Methylation and Clinical Covariate Based Retrievalinical data with microarray data is surprisingly absent. With this in mind, clinical covariate data was used to pre-select previously classified breast cancer tissue, and employ these classifications to new test cases.
