Bioinformatics Analysis Provides Insight into the Identification of miRNAs as Transcriptional Regula Twelve miRs has been selected and thoroughly investigated by prediction of their binding interaction with mRNA of RSV through molecular docking studies. Our results suggest that miR-6732-3p might be involved in the regulation of transcriptional activity in the RSV infection.

Speech Analysis for Autism Spectrum Disorder Detection for Children features extracted from speech signals of three- to six-year children. These were tested with seven classification models. Experiments showed that these features of speech, combined with decision tree, can be employed for early screening of ASD for children with an error rate of 0.25%.

To identify potential microRNAs (miRs) that are important for the host’s reaction to RSV infection, we utilized the computational tool miRanda to predict the microRNA-mRNA binding sites.
