,The Beaches of Espírito Santo,ctors were characterized: beaches associated with well-developed coastal plains; beaches preceded by shore platforms and limited by sedimentary cliffs; and embayed beaches limited by cristallyne outcrops. These distinct sectors trigger distinct morphodynamical processes as well as vulnerability to erosion and/or flooding.
